Overview
Central Java and Cirebon workshops produce both batik tulis (fully hand-drawn with canting wax pens, taking weeks per piece) and the faster, still hand-operated batik cap (copper stamp). We work with cooperatives who can co-develop patterns with import buyers' design teams, not just supply stock designs off a shelf.
