Real, Accredited Lab Testing
Our coconut shell charcoal briquette carries an original Certificate of Analysis from PT Carsurin, a KAN-accredited laboratory (ISO/IEC 17025:2017): moisture 5.07%, ash content 2.33–2.45%, volatile matter 16.08–16.94%, fixed carbon 76.52–80.61%. This CoA covers the 100% coconut shell line specifically — our other products don't yet carry third-party lab certification, and we say so plainly rather than implying otherwise.
Direct-From-Farmer Sourcing
Cloves and ginger are sourced directly from partner farmers in West Java, North Sulawesi, and Maluku — relationships our founder has built since 2020, with no broker layer in between. Coconut shell for our charcoal line comes from the same coconut-processing partners we source desiccated coconut, cream, and oil from.
Export Documentation
We prepare all required export paperwork in-house for every shipment: phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, and customs declarations. Verified HS codes for our two core lines: coconut shell charcoal briquette (4402.20.10) and coconut sugar (1702.90.51), confirmed against Indonesia's official BTKI tariff schedule.
